Senator Booker and Designer & CEO Tory Burch Will Host A Breakfast Discussion For Women Entrepreneurs
Fireside Chat to Highlight Resources Available to Help Entrepreneurs Promote Growth and Sustainability
NEWARK, NJ – U.S. Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Designer & CEO Tory Burch will host a breakfast discussion aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs by providing information about how to access affordable loans, build sustainable businesses and create jobs. This event will take place on Friday, June 20 at Liberty House in Jersey City.
The discussion will be moderated by Linda Wellbrock, President of Leading Women Entrepreneurs, an initiative created to commend women entrepreneurs for their service, leadership, contribution to their communities and the state’s economic recovery. Wellbrock will lead the discussion between Senator Booker and Tory Burch and will take questions from participants.
This is the fifth forum in a series of discussions convened by Senator Booker and designed to help small businesses and women entrepreneurs. Booker held his first forum on March 14 in Camden, his second on April 11 in New Brunswick, his third on May 16 in Newark and his fourth this past Friday also in Newark.
