On Nov. 8, the Force For Change Awards recognized the stories and sentiments of women, men, and companies that have shaped our state through their innovations. Each honoree embodies the inner strength, perseverance, and determination necessary to rise above the challenges of life – especially during COVID-19.

As the CEO and founder of Leading Women Entrepreneurs and the Force For Change Awards, I am proud of what we do to showcase and connect leaders through this Top 25 platform. We recognize the most groundbreaking, game-changing, and innovative people and products in a variety of categories who are a force for change.

Those of us in attendance at the 2021 FFC Recognition Event had the privilege to hear from Jeffrey Hayzlett. Hayzlett is a global business celebrity, speaker, best-selling author and chairman and founder of C-Suite Network, home of the world’s most trusted network of c-suite leaders. Jeffrey shared with all of us his incredible journey, his top leadership lessons and what he has learned about business innovations in pandemic times.
