2022 NOMINATIONS ARE OPEN!
In place of the in-person recognition events, we are planning a virtual recognition event for our community to network and be showcased safely. The Top 25 Leading Women Recognition Event and the Top 25 Force for Change Recognition Event will be a combined celebration for 2022! As always, we have surprises in-store, expert guest hosts, interviews, videos, special celebrity guests, not to mention the best and the brightest honorees, and stories of what made them Top 25 Leading Women or Force for Change Honorees!
Force for Change Awards
In 2020 LWE launched a new statewide initiative with NJBIZ as the media partner, designed to showcase women and men across all industries who are innovators and a true “Force for Change” in 25 categories. The Force For Change platform in 2022 will recognize these “stand out” business leaders who challenge the status quo have been instrumental in making New Jersey a model of innovation, leadership and financial viability for the nation. Their creativity, imagination and unique problem-solving approach positively impact their client’s needs and pave the path for future generations. We want to discover, connect and showcase communities, companies and individuals committed to a world with more freedom, consciousness and innovation. The awards are not a competition they are an acknowledgment of ideas, actions and initiatives led by thought leaders and people driven to make the world and our state a better place.

Top 25 Leading Women Awards
The best and the brightest women leaders have been recognized for a decade through the LWE platform. The New Jersey region is home to a fleet of talented female entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. An exceptionally qualified group of these women are recognized annually with the announcement of the Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs, Intrapreneurs, Brand Builders and Socialpreneurs. This prestigious group of women is selected out of hundreds of impressive nominations based on their strong business acumen and ability to both influence and inspire within their respective industries.
