Ann Tardy

From Silicon Valley corporate attorney to technology entrepreneur, Ann Tardy has never
met an insignificant person. After earning an accounting degree, a CPA, a law degree, and
licenses to practice law in two states, she enthusiastically moved to Silicon Valley to
represent hungry entrepreneurs. There she closed over $2 billion of venture.backed
financings at two of California’s largest law firms, ran the legal department of a public
company, and founded her own law firm representing entrepreneurs and anxious CEOs…
and loved it. After selling her firm, Ann launched her own technology and consulting
company, committed to preparing people to be more effective (and remarkable) in their
work. Never allowing grass to grow under her feet, she has authored 3 books, biked across
the country, and produced a documentary.

The mission: Building collaborative communities and better bosses for stronger organizations
