Never under estimate the power of a compelling story – two former TV news reporters started their own communications company with a single goal in mind: to empower clients to tell their own stories. With this goal, Green Room Communications was born.
Deborah Nettune Sittig and Karen Qualter Carolonza launched Green Room in 2008 to bring a new school approach to classic communications needs. Their timing was ripe. Economic conditions and the changing nature of Corporate America forced companies to figure out how to do “more with less.” While the workforce and funds have been trimmed, the workload still exists. The traditional agency model proved not always practical, efficient or cost-effective. This dynamic duo leverages extensive experience to add value to their clients’ communications needs.

Karolina Dehnhard is an attorney with the law firm of Budd Larner, in Short Hills, New Jersey. She focuses her practice on matrimonial law, including divorce, prenuptials, child custody, parenting time, alimony, palimony, child support, domestic violence and post-judgment issues.
Ever since earning her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from New York Law School, Ms. Dehnhard has passionately represented clients facing difficult decisions in the context of a divorce. She has appeared on radio programs, published articles, including co-authoring an article on estate planning and divorce and co-authored a chapter in Understanding the Legal Issues Surrounding Same-Sex Marriage. She has been a featured presenter at numerous women in business events in both New Jersey and New York on the topic of Women Protecting their Assets, stressing the importance of financial awareness of women entrepreneurs. Most recently, Ms. Dehnhard joined seven other women entrepreneurs on a U.S. delegation to Ireland to develop international business relations amongst women in business. Ms. Dehnhard is fluent in Polish and continues to maintain community and leadership positions, serving as a commissioner on the Mongil Housing Corporation in Union County, and the leadership committee of the National Multiple Sclerosis foundation “Women On the Move.” Ms. Dehnhard is also an adjunct professor at New York Law School.
Prior to entering the law, Ms. Dehnhard enjoyed a successful career in the non-profit sector and was the Assistant Executive Director at Community Access Unlimited, overseeing residential and rehabilitative services for people with developmental disabilities.
